Lyrics
Feeling rattled
Just take a seat and stay in your
Saddle, must take a leap, not …a muppet like
Fraggle, up doodoo creek no luck no
Paddle, just pay the price for your vice not
Haggle, straight up ahead those carrots do
Dangle, wanna cut corners wanna cut
Angles, no rest just wrestled
Wrangled, vandals blowing out
Candles, this darkness I can’t handle
Looking for the sun and Jesus sandals
No greed no cheat no gamble
Country mangled in a shambles

Sinking going south
Sinking growing doubt
Thinking kick you out
Stinky shut your mouth
Stinking all about
In vain you cry and shout
Around you thieving louts
No cash so dry it’s drought

Loaded carrying bags of stones and boulders
Weight weighing on my shoulders
No sign the track grew colder
So fearful I grew bolder
Unhinged unwired need soldered
Nothing new it’s all getting older
Can’t watch tell me when it’s over
Monotony when I’m sober
I tell you it’s an odd one
World shut down can’t log on
Nobody knows where’s God gone
Grime and slime like frogs spawn
Nowadays everybody got a problem
Nowadays everybody wanna solve them
Say a wrong word you assault one
Take that wound put salt on
Need a filter I install one
A higher form is called on
That smokey single malt one
Find it hard to fault one

Sinking going south
Sinking growing doubt
Thinking kick you out
Stinky shut your mouth
Stinking all about
In vain you cry and shout
Around you thieving louts
No cash so dry it’s drought

Watching reaction videos of people watching videos
Maybe I’m getting really old
But Isn’t that just a bit silly though?
Clicking on busses to prove that I’m human
I am so human I click on the busses
Living like it’s in the show of the Truman
All doom and gloom straight down the loo flushes

It is all toilet
Plan never foil it
Tin hat foil it
Break it down boil it
Google they soiled it
This’ll be royal lit
Shoot recoil hit
Who is the loyalist

Sinking going south
Sinking growing doubt
Thinking kick you out
Stinky shut your mouth
Stinking all about
In vain you cry and shout
Around you thieving louts
No cash so dry it’s drought

Written performed produced by Rael
Scratches by DJ Kirsa

Here’s a little story bout a man named Martin
Labouring …the fields his spade he sharpen
Nobody paid no mind discard him
Solo all alone his heart had hardened
Paid as a serf no loot no margin
Dig away the time his life departing
Hope dishearten the skies did darken
Kept to himself no talk no barking
Gave all is his time all he got was a dime
And some young cheap wine that he though rather fine
Nobody asked they knew he didn’t mind
Nobody asked people too unkind

His face was grave, made freshly shaved
Digging, the Earth digging his own grave
Six feet deep wasn’t necessary for a man like him
So he just dug three
His face was grave, made freshly shaved
Digging, the Earth digging his own grave
Six feet deep wasn’t necessary for a man like him
So he just dug three

All he did was was work never did unwind
The monthly weekly daily grind
After many years face worn and lined
Dug so much would have thought that he mined
From Morning dawn to evening dusk
He worked as he must, in God, he trusts
He laboured the Earth, silent never cursed
It never got better, and it never got worse
He never spoke up and never spoke out
He didn’t spend much, but he always had nowt
When you never wonder then you never have doubt
Learn to live with hunger inside lights out

His face was grave, made freshly shaved
Digging the Earth digging his own grave
Six feet deep wasn’t necessary for a man like him
So he just dug three
His face was grave, made freshly shaved
Digging, the Earth digging his own grave
Six feet deep wasn’t necessary for a man like him

Lyrics
It’ll drain you if you let it
But the letters were embedded
Think I read it out on …reddit
Gotta hustle go and get it
To the listeners I’m indebted
Get the CEO to vet it
6 o’clock the get up set it
Morning come I overslept it
I do worry I do fret it
They say hurry never sweat it
Antiperspirant still wet it
Time that past so fast accept it
Guess the future I neglect it
Put on plasters antiseptic
It was working yet they wrecked it
Now they want my wheels electric
Proposition we reject it
Democracy ineffective
Leaders lead yet unelected
Greed does bleed until decrepit
Yes I ran I walked I trekked it
Over time my thoughts collected
Rogue drone was intercepted
While we breathe in all collective
Got so bad there’s no adjective
Speed ahead there’s no objective
Throw away there’s no perspective
Unreflective and deceptive
Got no drive or directive
Scrape the sky all erected
Wonder why retrospective
Band of thieves and no detectives

Got the know how got the photo
Got the t-shirt with the logo
Got the fire dragon Komodo
Got the instinct low Bonobo
See the sequence played in slow mo
432 frequency go so
Leave the doors we’ll let the show go
Not a monster Quasimodo
Take a piece or take a token
Break the gates and let the folk in
And my voice that is encoding
Ones and zeroes souls eroding
In the wind the trees are groaning
Loss or win the people moaning
Phantom mountains fear and loathing
Stolen cargo is unloading
Swooped down on by the falcons
In the wounds they rub the salt in
To the tune of the assaulting
The progress will not be halting
Not the numbers I was hoping
Scattered straws that I’m groping
Now my glasses are all broken
From the bottle I’ll be toasting
Hit the throttle now we’re coasting
We’re the model we are boasting
The minority are posting
Bad reviews are mostly roasting
Take a sip the magic potion
Just Dispel away the notion
Set the wheels the clogs in motion
Just stay stoic with no emotionShow More

Lyrics
Can’t Follow
Cause I’m all hot and bothered
Getting hot under the collar
No saliva can’t swallow
No sense …and no dollars
Yelling prayers I holler
My belief that was solid
Is now empty and horrid
Green slime thick porridge
Receive a nail to The forehead
That’s forehead to you
But before death ensues
I’ve got something left to do
Take my left and right shoe
The perfect beat I pursue
Hunting spear chucking too
To fak-Timbuk-ing-tu
My inner vision is askew
The glass has been skewed
Like your arse has been chewed
The Ras is so rude
Don’t fast, here’s your food
Don’t ask, thank me in due
It was the least I could do
Now the feast will ensue
Watch-out the beast is in blue
Laughing creased in two
Well at least I got through
No chorus lost in the forest
Hunting do you think he saw us
Stubborn must be a Taurus
Tourist hard to ignore us
Bout as faux cul as Boris
Can’t see what the core is
Go we’ll see who the boar is
Cash money who’s the whorest
That’s ho-itst to you
Growing into these shoes
Many styles I diffuse
Rack them enter the groove
Sometimes I have to reuse
Cluedo follow the clues
Rude like Russians I ruse
Aiming Jet set cruise

Bells will be ringing
Recharge your cells and you’re winning
Suppose it’s quite a good inning
Unwanted surplus is binning
Intel Intelligence dimming
Big smile Irrelevant grinning
Beautiful elephant singing
Ugly carnival killing
Big win bit coin big drilling
Always want to play the villain
Dull the pain penicillin
Make a point make a killing
Find the soul in a pilon
Looking find no asylum
I got ideas to pile on
Bodies burning in Saigon
Take the cross that he died on
Make a necklace of nylon
That’s not my horse to ride on
The excuse that I lied on
What’s my cup of my tea?
Come on sock it to me
You can’t rock my belief
Free hit knocking out teeth
That’s my philosophy
Paid up full and lost the fee
What do you want thought it was for free
Beer wine coffee or tea
It depends the time of the day
I suppose I’m rhyming away
The cash grinding each day
Reach out finding the way
Like a cat attached to a stray
It’s the bachelor spray
Actual disarray
Factual foreplay
I will catch you one dayShow More

Lyrics
(Chorus – samples)
Here comes old bad news
Bad news himself
Hate to …be
Bearer of bad bad news

Verse 1
Hate to be the bearer of bad news
Your resume was barely viewed
Your album got no views
And bad reviews
Fair dos
Melodic airs were misconstrued
Jeered and booed
Critics severely rude
Clearly crude
Teary eyed and bruised
Sinking ship cruised
The path you choose
Is fraught with shattered blues
Scattered clues
Of a battered muse
Old worn out shoes
No light blown out fuse
Guess I get what’s due
Don’t wake slept on through
Don’t wait must be true
Must be me, can’t be you
Trust in fate just make do
Frail ends meet in two
Heart bleating rams and ewes
Beating tam tams in zoos
Hypnotised méduse
Do more faire plus
Chipped electronic puce (French chip)
Guns down make a truce
No lies tell the truth
Crooked smile crooked tooth
Getting used to the youth
So uncouth they need proof

Chorus – Samples
Here comes old bad news
Bad news himself
Hate to be
Bearer of bad bad news

Verse 2
No voodoo withdrew booze
Leave you in the pooh poohs
Stopped by said coucou
They don’t like me beaucoup
Flying like a soucoupe
Looking for a new group
Playing out my blue roots
Baby got some new boots
Sure fire my soul shoots
The doldrums the dole troops
The ashtray the old doubts (= cigarette end SCO)
The swag and the gold loot
A bag of black coal soot
Delivered to my car boot
Military war coup
Seem like I deja vu
Living life is ardu (French arduous – hard)
Dodging bullets harpoons
Comical like cartoons Broke
I don’t have la thune (French slang for cash)
But I do have lacunes (French shortcomings)
Two black eyes racoons
High tides on black moons
High fives in back rooms
Capsized the platoon
Catatonic die soon
Die hard go ba-boom
All letters spell doom
The broum broum the zoom the zoom
Fly like a witches broom
Take my pen to my tomb
Over dark skies loom

Chorus – Samples
Here comes old bad news
Bad news himself
Hate to be
Bearer of bad bad news

Time seems so golden
I am sole with Bordeaux
Launching the boulders
I’m rolling in dough
As I get older
I’m wiser you know
Tobacco rolled up
I’m cold on the go

Some said don’t do it
Dark voodoo shit
Had to go through it
Hot vindaloo lit
As the crow flew it
Straight go a bullet
Flowing so fluid
Really who knew it

Bro I think you blew it
Take the cud and chew it
Let the others brew it
Fit the foot shoe it
From a pip grew it
Deep ground rooted
Till a tree fruited
Were they ill suited?

Will you kill lucid?
Will you feel stupid?
Take your fill loot it
You’ve been recruited
Drive on rerouted
Hoot your horn hooted
Others sit muted
Hustle deluded

Chief is demoted
Market free float
Democracy vote
Majority broken
You must be joking
Pay a fee token
Let the sea soak in
Drink the tea hoping

That the spirits waken
Measures that were taken
Purity forsaken
Who are we to take in
Numbers in the making
Stand up pay your bacon
Roll up get your stake in
Walk by head shaking

Need to drink your herbal
Warning only verbal
Coughing up a fur ball
Jumping over hurdles
Teenage mutant turtles
Jumping through the portals
Stifling a chortle
Warts and all immortal

Even if there is a reason for your teasing
Season of the spirits
Tell me what room he’s in
What lock put the keys in
Bonnet got your bees in
Sonic calm your breathing
Warm you when you’re freezing

Victory will tease me
Not so easy peasy
Lime lemon squeezy
Who said the win was breezy?
When a fit will seize me
Have to sit I’m wheezy
Ventolin appease me
These fees are queasy

This is monumental
Savage wild and feral
Violin and cello
Violence no mellow
Stopped by to say hello
How’s it going my fellow
Don’t worry don’t fret so
Ready on the get go

Arriving on a scooter
Heard it through the hooter
Lost up in Bermuda
Country in a stupor
Simmer in a stew pot
Typed on a computer
Hardly any ruder
Made another blooper

Star stuck the shooter
Heading back to Buddha
So raw it’s cruder
Cheesy as a Gouda
Check the intruder
Cheek getting ruder
Pockets full looters
Overthrowing rulers

Need to drink your herbal
Warning only verbal
Coughing up a fur ball
Jumping over hurdles
Teenage mutant turtles
Jumping through the portals
Stifling a chortle
Warts and all immortal

Ghostown – Ill Will

https://distrokid.com/hyperfollow/ghostown/cookies

I decided to remix a couple of tracks from 2022’s “The Cure to the problem…” this one and “Cookies”, the original idea was to make non beat based …music, but I couldn’t hold myself back and had to remix it! As I often do this is a 3/4 or 6/8 time beat which seems to be my natural flow.
The idea behind the track was to play around with the repetition of “will” and it’s various meanings, the theme being searching for a lost muse, the will, and getting it back
Anyhow hope you enjoy, I find this groove quite addictive!

Lyrics
Where did Will go?
I don’t know
He forgoes
He not show
Light dim glow
Will Will throw
In the towel?
I think so
Well well Will
I seek Will
I need Will
Not fall ill
The red pill
Don’t feel thrill
Is Will still?
Will Will come back?
Will Will trap?
Will Will snap?
Is Will slack?
Is Will cracked?
Is Will flat?
Has Will packed?
Will well dry
I will try
Will Will fly?
Will Will sigh?
Will knows why?
No will die
Is Will shy?
Does will cry?

Where did he go?
Where’s Will gone?
Nobody knows
What’s Will done?
Where did he go?
Where’s Will gone?
Nobody knows
What’s Will done?

Where will Will?
What will Will?
When will Will?
How will Will pay?
What Will say?
Will will the day
When will I may?
Can he stay?
All my will
Has gone still
I need will
Will well fill
Sharp cry shrill
Don’t kill Will
Deep breathe gills
Hell’s where’s Will
Will I succeed?
Will I feed?
Well indeed
Will I bleed?
Will Will impede?
Will Will breed?
Will my creed be me seed?
I will find Will
And bring Will with good will
With no bills in my will
Until then I stay still

Where did he go?
Where’s Will gone?
Nobody knows
What’s Will done?

Stonybank was an old address of my family, there were no murders!
Thankfully creative freedom enabled me to concoct this gruesome tale of accordion gang warfare 😊
Loosely inspired …by the book “Accordion Crimes”, loosely as I didn’t actually like the book but I liked the name and the idea

Here we can imagine some 1900’s New York immigrants bringing their instruments and traditions and entering the cut throat survival world that is the US

Johnny (Always Johnny) takes out the competition and becomes an accordion star, wooing the nation, however as he grows, so does the number of his foes, it’s like Tony Montana constantly looking behind his back until eventually someone gets him

Accordion by Jo Powell – Lunetide 🪗 🙏 😊

Lyrics

Johnnys in the kitchen counting out his dough
Some of the dough is missing and Johnny doesn’t know
Feels the rage rising something has gotta blow
Is his team uprising who’s got the info
Need to talk to Alfie gotta Get him on the blow
Something seems fishy better ask him what he knows
Alfie sounding awkward picked it up and said hello
Alfie gave up nothing said he don’t know him from Joe

Behaviour hop
Be saying a lot
Pay him to talk
Saying you’ll walk
Happened to lack it all
Cough up the capital
Whacking an animal
Looking to jack it all

Johnny’s on the corner now Johnny’s on the road
Johnny found Alfie and Johnny did unload
Alfie’s on the floor and no longer growing old
Johnny’s moving up now, Johnny’s feeling bold
Picking up the squeeze box, welcome to the show
Your head bops, your knees knock, keep you on your toes
Ease up the see saw reaping what he sows
Wrapping up in these thoughts, kill the status quo

Deal with shady
Bribe Old Bailey
Dance a ceilidh
Plain we’re sailing
He’s the master
Can play faster
Legend laster
Ghetto blaster

Johnny’s in the zone now, working on a flow
Johnny got the hunger now beware all you foes
No hashing the assassin make the first blow
Hit where it hurts most leaving them KO
He’ll be looking out for you, tell you what you need
He’ll be right around the corner blowing on a reed
You’ve been duly warned now he’s dipping in the greed
Appetite is growing, and he might just have to feed

Dare to face them
He’ll replace them
Coppers chasing
Close the case and
Passing the baton
Bomb that he sat on
Don’t wanna rat on
B proof strapped on

Now he’s on the stage right at the top of his game
He thought it would be better but if feels just the same
Autograph need signing, everybody knows his name
Thinks about Alfie and he’s feeling kinda strange
How do you move up when you’ve nothing else to gain
No more inspiration and his energy was drained
All around him bad seeds no honest man to name
Suddenly he doubled over writhing in pain

Shot was fired
Feeling wired
Extremely tired
Time expired
It’s decided
You’re invited
Say goodbye to

**Disclaimer – all names have been changed and any resemblance to real people is pure coincidence**

Last year I visited an isolated community living on one street (The Row – …pronounced ro – a row of houses) 🏘️

I was charmed yet perturbed by some of the locals bizarre behaviour..

There was the man who was constantly cutting things up in his secluded garden, where he had chickens and deep freezers 🍗
The woman who needed walking sticks 🦯 but only in the afternoon
Another woman who never went outside and shouted through her curtain 🪟
A man who had the biggest collection of wood but didn’t have a fire🔥

If you’ve seen “The Wicker Man” particularly the original 1973 version then you’ll get an idea of what it was like.

Anyway now I live here, don’t tell anyone, and please don’t visit!

Lyrics

So welcome to the row
Where everybody knows
Everything there is to know
We’ll watch you as you go

Jake lives at number eight
Can’t seem to communicate.
He leaves his house all day
Tends to get back late
Chainsaw strapped to his back
Always with a trailer packed
In his garden wood is stacked
Got four sheds packed back to back
Something was out of place
No smoke, his chimney graced
One day I upped the chase
Rang his bell with sloe gin to taste
He took the bait, we conversate
I couldn’t look him in the face
Had to state I said hey Jake
You’ve got no stove or fireplace

Row (welcome to the)
Where everybody knows
Everything there is to know
We’ll watch you as you go

Ron gets up before the day begins
Promptly takes out his daily bins
Always tied with sailing string
Smelling fishy scaly fins
So far so what? But, here’s the thing
He never goes out never orders in
How do you throw out what you don’t bring in?
Ronnie never buys anything
Always makes an infernal din
In his garden, burning things
Mixing chickens and Carnal sins
In his freezer alarming things
Saw him with a knife out carving things
He looked at me with a startled grin
I wonder if God needs to pardon him
I guess I’ll leave Ron to his gardening

Row (welcome to the)
Where everybody knows
Everything there is to know
We’ll watch you as you go

Sheila seemed to be handicapped
Never knew the story never knew the facts
Her speech was slurred. Her voice was cracked
Her motor skills seemed sorely lacked
Sheila prays on a crucifix
That nothing will go wrong that a gin won’t fix
Gets around on walking sticks
But she only needs them after six
Julie has never been the same
Since she moved into the lane
She covered herself in cellophane
And only speaks through the window pane
She likes to bake cake chocolate
And watches us through binoculars
At first glance, it seemed innocuous
But she never stops watching us

Row (welcome to the)
Where everybody knows
Everything there is to know
We’ll watch you as you go
So welcome to the row
Where everybody knows
Everything there is to know
We’ll watch you as you go
